Caroline believes the human body possesses an innate wisdom and purity of purpose. Through the use of intentional movement, mindful patience and a youthful, light-hearted approach, Caroline teaches Pilates and Yoga in order to reawaken this natural, healthful state in each of her clients. First exposed to the wonders of Pilates as a high school student at North Carolina school of the Arts, Caroline continued studying Pilates at summer intensives with the American Dance Festival and summers with the Parsons Dance Company, as a collegiate dancer, and as a scholarship student with the London Contemporary Dance Center. Caroline has been a full time instructor for 18 years. Beginning her teaching career as an adjunct instructor at UW Madison teaching Pilates mat and contemporary dance. Caroline has gone on to teach at the Monkey Bar Gym, Madison Pilates, Georgie's Pilates Loft, Kehl's School of Dance, Stoughton Center for the Performing Arts and Harbor Athletic Club. She especially enjoys teaching special populations and offers sport specific training and injury rehabilitation. Caroline is certified in Core Dynamics Pilates under the tutelage of second generation instructor Michelle Larson. She holds a comprehensive Yoga certification from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica.

Teresa Deleo

Teresa M. DeLeo is certified in the Authentic Pilates Method from Power Pilates in NYC. Since 2002 she has been teaching the Classical Pilates Method of Body Conditioning in New York and now in Madison, WI. Expect an energizing workout, in which she will help address specific needs of the individual, creating a centered and relaxed place in which you may find yourself more able and prepared for life's daily challenges.

She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities. She strives to help improve your posture, increase your strength and flexibility, decrease your muscle tension, aches and pains, and enhance your overall body awareness.

Teresa is a former marathon runner, volleyball player and golfer. She now spends her spare time running trails.

Sarah Vonck-Mendelin

Sarah is accepting new clients!


Like many clients, Sarah was drawn to Pilates as a way to regain strength after two pregnancies and years of working at a computer. What she did not expect to find was a new career. Originally a clinical pharmacist, Sarah is able to draw from her patient care experience and take a broad approach to health and wellness. Her goal is to work with each client's unique set of strengths and challenges to create a balanced body.

Sarah is certified in the classical Pilates method through Peak Pilates. She offers private and group lessons on the mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair and more.

Outside of Pilates, Sarah's favorite things are her family, adventurous cooking, Lake Superior beaches and U.P. trails.

Haley started to practice Pilates because she hoped to live her life with out too many aches and pains; she knew that in order to do that, she'd have to invest time and energy into her body. Pilates has given her remarkable strength throughout her inner core group of muscles; noticeably feeling taller, supported and possessing a new-found confidence that her body will stay up to par for future hikes, kayak trips, biking, road trips and camping adventures.
